Streem Energy had built a strong reputation in France, but new business came almost entirely from referrals and word of mouth with no predictable, scalable system underneath it.

With no dedicated marketing function, the sales team ran all outreach through Sales Navigator. That left little time for the high-value relationship building only they could do.

Earlier campaigns looked healthy on the surface, but most of a €1,500 spend drained into LinkedIn’s Audience Network rather than the platform itself. Real on-platform cost per click sat around €20.

Company-page content was primarily French, while expansion into Germany, Poland, the UK and Italy demanded a consistent English-language presence and genuine thought leadership.
What We Did

We moved 100% of spend onto LinkedIn itself, shut off the Audience Network leakage, and reorganised everything into clear campaign buckets, with retargeting infrastructure ready to switch on.

We took their ~€3,000 brief and a named list of enterprise accounts and built account-based targeting aimed squarely at senior decision-makers: managers, directors and VPs.

Rather than betting the budget on a single guess, we ran three different offers side by side to learn what actually resonates with senior buyers in the energy sector.

We handled ad management and graphics, and interviewed one of Streem’s own customers to ground the messaging in what senior buyers genuinely care about.

A walkthrough of Streem’s account shows exactly where the old budget went and what changed once every euro was working on LinkedIn itself.

"Overall, the team helped us a lot, and the whole experience was eye-opening. We're not LinkedIn ad specialists ourselves, so the way they managed the ads and the creative was incredibly valuable.
The campaigns performed really well and in the end we made it work. I'm very pleased with the result. LinkedIn is a good place for us, and it's a venue we'll keep building on."

Most LinkedIn accounts quietly lose spend to the Audience Network.
A quick audit will show you exactly where yours is going and what it could be doing instead.
